Account holders and visitors

• Account data: name, email, password (stored hashed), company details. Used to provide your account, as part of our contract with you.
• Billing: handled by Stripe, which processes your card details. We store only references and invoice information, as needed for the contract and legal accounting duties.
• Activity in your account: saved suppliers, boards, searches and AI briefs. Used to provide those features.
• Inquiries: what you send through a supplier's form goes to that supplier.
• Technical data: server logs and a session cookie that keeps you logged in. We set no advertising cookies.

Business information in listings

Listings contain business information collected from public sources such as company websites, relying on our legitimate interest in running a business directory. We aim to hold company-level contact details rather than information about individuals. If a listing includes your personal data, you can object or ask for it to be corrected or removed through the removal form.

Service providers

We use providers for hosting, email, payment processing (Stripe) and AI processing (Anthropic, for research, matching and drafting features). When you use AI features, the text you enter is sent to the AI provider to generate the result. Some providers may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is open. Deleting your account removes your profile, boards, searches and match history. We keep invoices as long as accounting law requires.
