Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of WholesalersCatalog.com, operated by data broker s.r.o.. By creating an account or buying a plan, you accept them.

1. What we provide

We run a directory of wholesale suppliers. We do not sell goods and are not a party to any transaction between buyers and suppliers. Information in listings comes from public sources, AI-assisted research and the companies themselves, and may be incomplete or out of date.

2. No guarantee of suppliers

A listing, a Trust Score or a "Verified" or "Featured" label is not an endorsement or guarantee of a company, its products or its conduct. You are responsible for your own checks before you deal with a supplier. AI-generated matches and drafts are suggestions, and you should review them.

3. Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. You must be acting for a business and be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Plans are billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your account, and you keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices may change for future billing periods, and we will tell you before they do. Taxes may apply. Any statutory rights to withdraw or get a refund that apply to you remain unaffected.

5. Supplier listings

You may only list or claim a business you are authorized to represent, and you are responsible for your listing being accurate and lawful. We can refuse, edit or remove listings. If we do not approve a newly paid listing, we will cancel the subscription and refund that payment. When a paid membership ends, a listing you created yourself is taken out of the public catalog; a listing we originally researched goes back to being a basic listing.

6. Fair use of data

Buyer Pro is for your own sourcing. You may not resell or republish catalog data, scrape the site, share your login, or use contact details to send unsolicited bulk messages. We apply usage limits and can suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Removal and corrections

Companies and individuals can ask us to correct or remove a listing through the report form.

8. Liability

The service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your dealings with suppliers or buyers, or for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
